She combines strong organizational skills with a compassionate understanding that every family’s circumstances and needs are different. André brings more than 25 years of business and operational leadership experience, managing complex operations, developing teams, and working across multiple countries and cultures. He also facilitates and mentors young people through entrepreneurship and business education programs. His practical, organized approach helps projects run smoothly and ensures important details are carefully managed. Lisa and André were drawn to Caring Transitions by the opportunity to build a local business that combines sound business practices with work that genuinely helps people.
